Theoretically, window blinds are generally less effective than those applied outside the room if the blinds are expected to work to reduce the heat of the sun, since the amount of heat absorbed is usually released back into the room.
These window blinds have the benefit of adjusting the light that enters the room. Window blinds also provide privacy to the occupants and can be an interior decorative element in the room.
